I just happened to come across this site and it's great seeing you! I know Halloween is over already but I am so happy that you brought up great story about Halloween, I completely agreed with you that it is not evil only.
It's all about fun. I was surprised that your school don't celebrate Halloween, I wonder what's up with that? Children and people should have fun, there is nothing wrong with that.
